Getting to Know Ourselves

The process of spiritual formation involves getting to know ourselves well. And so before we can embark on a journey of trying to create life-giving rhythms & practices and being formed in Christ, it is good to consider such questions as who we are, how are we wired, what are the desires that drive us, what are the sins that beset us, what are we most passionate in life about, and what is happening currently in our spiritual lives (what I call the Six S’s of Self-Assessment).

And so on this page, you’ll find a number of resources to help in this journey of increasing self-knowledge.
